If you create a customer account, we store your contact and order details for future purchases. You can delete your account at any time by contacting us.

If you contact us by email, we store your message and email address to handle your enquiry (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Server logs
Our web host automatically collects IP addresses and browser data in server logs for security and technical operation (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Who we share data with
- Shipping carriers (e.g. DHL) — to deliver your order
- Payment providers (e.g. PayPal, Stripe) — to process payment
- Our web host — for server infrastructure
All processors are bound by data processing agreements (Art. 28 GDPR).
How long we keep data
Order data is retained for 10 years to comply with German commercial and tax law (§ 257 HGB, § 147 AO). Contact enquiries are deleted after 3 years.
